Category System
The logic behind our category system is to make searching for jobs both user friendly and detailed as possible.
There are a total of 12 criteria you can fill in depending on how specific you wish to go. It is not essential to do it as your information can be pulled up through a resume search but the easier you make it to identify what you are looking for the more likely the chance you will be contacted.
It will also help us better understand our target audience so we can present more relevant information in the future.

Current Position: Your current job title
Current Employer: Your existing employer

Preferred Location: A broad geographic selection option that can be used in isolation of or combination with the
Work Location Specific: Free text space
For Example -
Preferred: Sydney
Specific: Lower North Shore
Or
Preferred: Middle East
Specific: Dubai, Abu Dhabi
If you are open on location you can highlight as many of the Preferred Locations as you wish.

Business: Selection tab to use to highlight the type of business you wish to work in
Business Expertise: add more detail if required.
For Example:
Business: Specialist Consultant
Business Expertise: Private Certifier / Building Consultant
Or
Business: Engineering Consultant
Business Expertise: Facades

Management Discipline and Level of Responsibility should be used in combination.
For Example
Contracts Administrator = cost & contracts + professional
Contracts Manager = cost & contracts + unit manager
If you are somewhere in between = cost & contracts + professional & unit manager
If you are a CA looking for a step up into a PM role = cost & contracts & project control + professional & unit manager

With your project experience again, used in combination you can be very specific about the kind of projects you are interested in for example:
Project Type: Civic
Project Expertise: Health
Or
Project Type: Industrial
Project Expertise: Warehouse, Clean Rooms (use commas if you want to put multiple specific projects down)
Or
Project Type: Residential
Project Expertise: Defence, Public, Student Accommodation, Planned Communities

Availability is for the notice period on your existing contract if you are currently employed whilst job hunting. If you are not actively looking for work but would like to be made aware of opportunities all the same put TBC.
