The software behind the website can search on key words on your CV but supplementry to this there is a system that allows you to very deliberately define exactly what jobs you are looking out for.
This provides you more control over what jobs that are sent to you based on specific areas relating to your industry and experience. Category System
You can amend your information yourself at any time but to be taken off the system completely you will need to send a request to the administrator.
By filling out as much information as possible; you can do this in one hit or over a period of time the only thing required to get the process started is your name and your email address.
