Our Client Base is made up of Property Developers, Project Management Consultants and Head Contractors and occasionally Engineering Consultants (Structures & Services), Surveyors (Building & Quantity) and Specialist Contractors. Typically we are asked to find Project Managers or Business Unit Managers but we cover Entry Level to Executive roles.
If you have a technical or management degree in Property, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or Surveying we would like to hear from you. If you have formal qualifications in Project Management we would very much like to hear from you.
At present about 1 in 40 people that apply to us secure a job. Of the applicants we actively work for 2/3 secure an interview, 20% secure an offer and 15% get an offer of employment that they accept.
Not if you don’t want to. All you need is an email address and your name to register. However it is recommended that you ‘categorise yourself’ so that you can be contacted when a relevant vacancy comes up. If you are applying for a specific position it is recommended that you submit your CV.
The software behind the website can search on key words on your CV but supplementary to this there is a system that allows you to very deliberately define exactly what jobs you are looking out for.
This provides you more control over what jobs that are sent to you based on specific areas relating to your industry and experience. Category System
You can amend your information yourself at any time but to be taken off the system completely you will need to send a request to the administrator.
By filling out as much information as possible; you can do this in one hit or over a period of time the only thing required to get the process started is your name and your email address.
